Professional PICS Training

Specialized training designed for professionals, employers, and community activists. Participants learn to define PICS, identify active symptoms in employees or clients, and implement industry best practices for workplace support and assistance.
The training builds a shared vocabulary across supervision, HR, and frontline teams — and national research supports the investment: in SHRM surveys, more than 80% of business and HR leaders rate second-chance hires as performing the same or better than other employees. The gap this training closes is retention.
